Player Nightmare - Or Just Me?

So. Just for giggles. Your impressions? Opinions? Advice?
The following eMail exchange has been redacted only to protect the innocent, and my home being egged.
First, the Players – identified by nationality to give you cultural background:
All on carbon copy, unless otherwise specified.
ITALIAN gamer Player member of my original group who said he would never play in my game again…
GREEK gamer Player in my current new group who left original group, saying he would never play in my game again….
DUTCH gamer, member of my original group who diplomatically disappeared from original game….
FINISH gamer, member of my original group caused the trouble to break up the original game, and invited me to his game then killed me in the first session and uninvited me, blaming Danish Player Who Never Showed….
Mentioned:
DANE Player Who Never Showed; survivalist, calls Italians Nazis and insults Greeks on Facebook, father of three successive toddlers whose wife (and his parents) support him at home (according to my GF who talked to his wife).
NORWEGIAN Player, new-to-the-hobby and loves to role-play his female PC Thief.
CHINESE Player New-to-the-hobby and excited to play her first time: male wizard.
AMERICAN Player, played a couple of times AD&D 2e in high school. Excellent strategist and freewheeling player. Female. Thief
CreativeCowboy and C.C. are me.
Looking at the new players keep in mind I never ever suggest the make up of the party to a player. I want them to play whatever they want (within the mechanical confines of level, race and class restrictions).
I play in the Pathfinder game mentioned, by the way. It is a module.

I am looking forward to next Saturday at 3pm. The flat has finished its renovations and I cannot express how happy I am and how much this affects the temperment of my health.
Maybe I can host. If not, I expect we will meet at ITALIAN's.
I understand you are studying the Rock Step, ITALIAN? I remember that when I used to teach at Arthur Murray. That one, the Jive and Lindy Hop were popular in those days. I really enjoyed dancing plus it is a good workout.

The sentence means a bi-lateral decision is unfair to a tri-party decision. Other people may have scheduled their schedule same as you and I schedule our schedules. Just an observation.
In the February game, you already know GREEK, so you have a buddy at the table. CHINESE has not met everyone and has not played in my game before, whereas you have. You would be her table buddy and share in the backstory together. I am not so much worried about embedding you into the game as a protected NPC with CHINESE introducing you in character.
As for rescheduling the three other people in the 2 February game, to put it softly, I do not think that is on the table. They've made the schedule, as a unit, back in December. It's a classic Star Trek case of one's needs against the needs of many. The game following 2 February will be your first time with the whole group and I guess you won't be nervous or unprepared for it, unlike CHINESE at the moment. Blue Book is a taste of play and finding a table buddy.

C.C. I think ITALIAN mentioned a few emails back that he advised CHINESE (though not sure if that means he checked and CHINESE was okay with doing it on Sunday or just informed him [SIC. SHE IS SHE] of a possible change) already.
He also mentioned he wont be at our 2nd February game so CHINESE will be without game-buddy regardless of the blue booking happening on Saturday or Sunday. I dont think he mentioned at all the possibility of rescheduling the 2nd February game, only this weekends blue booking game.
Also, havent I met CHINESE already? And so has NORWEGIAN I think... isnt CHINESE the chinese girl from the winter closure party at her house??
Anyway, sorry for jumping in and responding for ITALIAN but I know he still has some internet issues from home and wanted to clarify it since I saw the chance...
Very importantly though we need FINISH/DUTCH way in as well... if they cant make it Saturday there is no reason to discuss this further anyway

GREEK

Hi GREEK
I do not mind you jumping in giving another perspective. This discussion involves you too.
To clarify, you and NORWEGIAN have met CHINESE so you won't be strangers. She has not played or have a story, backstory, in play, which is what the Blue Book will give her. For example, she will have some interaction with her contacts in her Blue Book, which she will not have if parachuted into Malm. (I am interested in how she responds to her contacts.) Her Blue Book personalizes the Malm adventure a little.
I am uncertain of the rescheduling being discussed, of course. I know ITALIAN has sent CHINESE a message but CHINESE has not yet responded. Then there is the possibility of an abreviated game or an early game. If the game is not this weekend, then when? If the game is Saturday, then it is as planned. If not...
In any case, I am making it clear I would not want to begin juggling the game for 2 February.
Naturally I could do the Blue Booking after 2 February and NOT bring either ITALIAN and CHINESE into the group until the next game date for you, NORWEGIAN and AMERICAN. Not sure how ITALIAN and CHINESE feel about that as I have not asked them.
All the best,
C.C.

Regards,
GREEK

All the best,
C.C.

Most likely I wont make it on Saturday. If we don't get anyone to help, I can not leave. And if we do, then we will do something together with WIFE.

Howdy,
I'm in if the game's on Saturday. I would suggest we start early as you have plans for the evening right ITALIAN? I'll probably do something similar with WIFE as well. I could even go for 11 am if others are up for it.
I'm going to DANE’s thing on Sunday so only early would be available on that day.
Cheers,
DUTCH

Did we (or rather ITALIAN and CC) reach a consensus for tomorrow?
I am good with 11-12 as starting game time.

Hi all,
so, in the end it seems I won't be playing at all this Saturday.
CC please go ahead with blue booking of CHINESE.
As per the rest, we'll play Pathfinder on the 8th of February, ok?
Cheers,
ITALIAN
So my question to HappyJacks is: should I ask if I am invited to this Pathfinder game to happen at the same time as my Blue Booking... ? Hmmm... will there be a Pathfinder game running concurrent to my Blue Book tomorrow...
I am interested in your advice. And thanks for reading.
