Anyone ever order directly from their site? I ordered something from them in November for a gift and never got it. Been sending emails, and only got one back. I know they are a small publishing company, but I'm just really disappointed. I've heard so many good things about Wild Talents, but I'm starting to lose my interest since I've paid for something and not received it. Just curious if anyone else has had issues.

I ordered the Fate version of Kerboros club from them and had it within two weeks. No problems at all.

Arc Dream doesn't do the shipping the Cubicle 7 guys do and they suck. Items take forever. Email Shane to get him to poke the C7 peoples. It's the only way to get your stuff when there's a problem.

Same experience. Shane emailed me and then had to fight with the guys at Cubicle. He was awesome and helpful - I bet he gets tired of jumping on his distributor....

Yeah, I try to buy my Arc Dream stuff from anywhere else besides from Arc Dream... the bummer is sometimes they are the only place to get the books...

What do you already have? I'd go with Progenitor first (The 'alternate' world timeline is awesome all by itself. It's broken down by year with real world event and game world events in their own timelines. Great resource material. Half the book is timeline stuff the other half is write-ups of the characters in the world timeline. )
Second I'd get The Kerberos Club. Third eCollapse. (I haven't read these yet...)

Thanks for the suggestions, Fray. I'll check into those three. I currently don't have any of the source books, so just looking for anything really.

Man, this is really too bad. I realized after I played these guys up in my email to the show (only to have the hosts describe this exact thread) that I hadn't ever bought directly from the company, only from Drivethrurpg and other such sites.

Quick update: Muntjack ordered the book in November, for my birthday in December, and last week I heard that Shane is sending the book himself with another free book. Seems like what was said is true and Shane is really a good guy, but I would advice no one order directly from Arc Dream.
