This is the sub-sub-forum for scheduling convention games.
I've made D.T. Pints a moderator, so he should be able to "sticky" each topic in the current convention. You might be able to delete old signup topics after the con too.

Wow! JUST A NOTE...I REALIZE THE POSTS BELOW REFER TO JACKERCON II...BUT I FIGURED KEEPING THE BOSS'S ( Stu Venable) ENDORSEMENT UP TOP IS IMPORTANT. Regarding scheduling Jackercon III. All scheduling will now be done via Google+. However we can use this subforum to discuss scheduling conflicts, best times for games etc. Because trying to figure out which dates/times are best will be the most headachey (not a word I know!) part.

Its getting serious now gang! Below you will find numerous threads dedicated to a specific time slot. If you'd like to run your game at a certain time put it in the respective slot. If you'd like to promote your game, please do it in the Jackercon Discussion Forum. I will attempt to keep all up and coming games easy to find for potential players. Thanks for your involvement. Part Deux is gonna rock!
Thing to put in your game post for the schedule
1. Name of Game 2. System 3. Number of Players 4. Any special considerations that I can't think of 1/2 cup of coffee in...
Cheers,
Curt J.

Hey guys, I brought this up in the Euro Jackercon topic, but i think the Time's listed are off.
PST is UTC-8 normally, it's UTC-7 during Daylight savings time which ends on Nov. 3 before the Con.
I'm guessing we are basing the start times off of what the actual Pacific time will be?

UTC Doesn't change - daylight savings is BST (British Summer Time). UTC remains constant - you adjust UTC for timezone and then again for regional variation for daylight savings. Ie: people on UTC in the southern hemisphere will be entering daylight savings time as the northern hemisphere leaves it - and not all countries or states abide by DS time. That's why you have a timezone time - UTC or PST - and then adopt DS time if appropriate - BST or PSDT. HOWEVER for Europe v USA both are at NON - DS time in November. The likes of maxinstuff will have to remember to adjust regional time for DS time (+1 hour) being in the Southern hemisphere (AEST = UTC +10, AEST DS = UTC +11) Aaron

Seriously - it does my head in converting -xUTC to +yUTC so I just go here and enter the game time and my local time spits out (including if it happens to be next or previous day): www.timebie.com/timezone/pdtaest.phpThere are options there to convert between any two timezones so if it does your head in like it does mine, go there and enter your timezone vs PDT and it does it for you. EDIT: MASTER DOUCHEBAG!!!!! *cries salty tears of joy...... in a dark alley..... in the dead of night...... in the rain..... masturbating furiously*
