It looks cool, and I love the pacifist restrictions from a roleplaying perspective. But I wonder how fun it is not to be allowed to kill anything in a DnD game. Even the most obtuse paladin can kill a goblin if he needs to let out some steam.
But I love to play medic in Team Fortress 2 without directly killing anything, so a pacifist dnd class may actually work.
The balance looks okay, but it's really hard to tell without taking the class out for a spin. :-)

it is heavily Lopsided; it offers nothing in the combat, exploration, or social fields. everything it offers is reactive healing.
if i allowed a player to play a character of this particular class. i would need to lower the amount of lootable treasure to compensate for the money saved on healing potions, scrolls of lesser restoration, and similar items.
this class offers a lot of healing through a ton of spammable spell like abilities.

I don't see any problems here with balance or otherwise, I mean if the heal spam becomes an issue throw necrotic damage into encounters to 1/2 incoming healing each round or some necromancers throwing max-hp damage. All in all I see no problems here.

My only real problem with it would be a potential fun factor issue; in a game where it's so easy to heal through second winds and rests and whatnot, I would think the combat healer becomes a lot less enjoyable to play. Barring that, it seems fine mechanically.

you can still inflict nonlethal damage. but the class isn't very enjoyable if you think from the perspective of the murderhobo. Pacifists could be fun as a challenge.
