If the Crazy has any Psi abilities, then it wouldn't work with the Dogboy sadly since they are Psi resistant.
It is a rather ridiculous system and that is awesome.

Dogboys can use psionics just fine, though they cannot use magic.

I forgot to do an update for my game this past weekend.
Essentially we were tasked by the Tomorrow Legion to go on a four month mission to chart through five hundred square miles of recently turbulent Rifts country that has had some significant changes and report back at the end of that time. Several other teams were also sent as "back up" in case teams get wiped.
We found some unusual mountains that were just dropped into our Earth with several mines chiseled into the sides. We went in to check it out but after taking a sample of green stone (Ghost Rock) the whole mine started coming down.
Following a dark cloud of black miasma took us to an old town full of sickly people in the shadow of two coal processing plants. The towns people cowered in fear of "The Masters" who ended up being four Vampires, one of whom being a master vampire. Luckily these were Deadlands vampires, not Rifts vampires, or we would have been boned. It was still a tough fight and came at great cost as we were forced to throw the regenerating torso of the Master Vampire into our ATV and blow the ATV up with a UAR-Enforcer cannon shot to end the Master's life in the flames since none of us had weapons that could damage the vampires except our Burster's fire.
So what we learned: The game might be beefed up to eleven, but so are the monsters. Our GM specifically told us at the end these weren't Rifts vampires. Four of those would have ripped us apart.

Had a second session with no combat, mostly due to us being cautious, but full of exposition and setting elements!
What we learned: Time storms made by ley lines are a real bitch when setting up a forward base in an unknown region, Coalition stations that syphon off ley line energy are weird but easily tricked into thinking you're Coalition, and sending uninterrupted messages back to HQ is easy when a character can fly super sonic speeds and not run out of power points.
