JackerCon 12 is nearly over. Lets use this thread to look back over the con, talk about the games you played in and con feedback.
I played in Gerkuman's game we were ninja turtles driving about the city with the upmost style. Almost dying, we completed the objective. Im not going to talk about what happened too much as he may decide to re-run the game at some point.
There were issues establishing the connection in the beginning with roll20, and we moved to google hangouts, the problem did persist due to poor connection. The game was 1 gm to 2 players so i dont feel we had any communication issues which i wasn't too sure about being my first online game.
wfrp v2 is a great system and its what my regular game is run in. I feel there could be other systems that may run tmnt better, but this worked for us as I and the GM were fluent in the system.
I'm pleasantly surprised that the website has only broke a few times for a few people, but know there there is still lots to do for the next one.

Well. I ran my first Jackercon game ever. So I don't have a lot to compare it to with regards to previous years, other than I found the new website much easier to grok and use than the G+ community approach of former years (I did schedule a game for a previous Jackercon, but I had to cancel it for personal reasons). I ran a session of ARMOR, my currently-in-development, old-school D&D inspired, Agents of SHIELD style RPG. In addition to being my first Jackercon ever, it was also the first ARMOR game I've ever run. I think it went surprisingly well. There were some issues, no doubt, but they were mostly centered around things like not having a codified equipment list and needing more specific definitions for some of the things in the game. (Like... characters can take a Military specialty, for instance; what does that actually mean?) Also there were some things I picked up on in the scenario which I will change for the playtest campaign I'm starting next week. On the other hand, I got to see how one of the main mechanics changes I'm making from standard OSR D&D - largely centered around the attack roll - in play and I was very happy with how it played out. I also got some very nice compliments on my RPing of NPCs, and some really good constructive feedback on my GMing in general. All and all, it was a great game and I can't wait for the next Jackercon. Edit: if you're interested, here are the pre-gen'ed characters I created for the game: drive.google.com/drive/folders/0Bzr7jEqQQGk-V2xtelowSi1zeWM?usp=sharing

Talk away Baarune, I don't re-use my scenarios. (A portion of it was done on the fly anyway).
I had a great time, both players were engaged and played their characters well (Leo and Raph) and the day was saved!
Now I just need to get this bloody internet connection fixed.
