Aw man, are we getting raided by the fun police? Sir, we are going to need you to step away from the pinata and pull up your pants. Crap... we have a runner. Station, this is officer Blart requesting a 90210. ... Copy that station, officer in pursuit.

Another great show! Jason and Adam are great additions to the hosting crüe.
My podcast listening is a little behind, but I have a comment about the taint so I will get right to the point. I graduated from college in LA in 1993. Then, I lived in Japan until 2007 when I moved to Honolulu. I had never heard of a giggle-worthy "taint" until I started listening to HJ podcasts around season 10, which is also about when the APs started. So, as far as I know, "taint" came from HJs. Never heard of the gouch before either.
Anyway, thanks, as always, Happy Jacks for teaching me new words.

hoobuk On ghosting from games: Please, I beg you, don't do this. As someone who's had a friend pull this stunt on me, it's incredibly frustrating. We're incredibly big on the idea that everyone should be having fun at the table, so if she had just said that she wasn't enjoying the game, we would happily have tried something else. Instead, she just stopped showing up, until I confronted her and asked for an explanation. So, I suggest (and I mean suggest sincerely) that you at least try the step of just saying that you're not enjoying the game. Presuming that you're dealing with decent human beings, the worst case scenario is that they thank you for trying, and you both part ways. Best case (say, if you were at my table) the table works with you to find a game everyone will enjoy.
