Cheers for playing through a scenario with this system! It's been a constant blip on my radar for over a year, but thus far, I hadn't seen it in action. It all worked surprisingly well, especially the insight hitting five: I've both heard and had my own doubts about that part of the mechanics, but it turned into a very immediate and elegant compel of willful ignorance. (Also - if you've never heard Graham Walmsley talk about CD (or anything, really), I highly urge you to do so! He's got such a wonderful and calming voice. It's quite the contrast from the bleak and gruesome horror of his writing. I would love to sit down and game with him, just to have my mind reeling, trying to combine the two! )

We had a blast playing! I had no idea such a simple system could so elegantly evoke Lovecraftian horror. It was really awesome! <3
