I’m curious about how you are handling licensing and the system, there isn’t a page for it at the website.
I’ve seen a lot of different models from different companies, from differentiating “official” from “fan” using different logos, to only allowing “vetted” products to be sold by the license, etc.
Also, I love the system and I’d love to see it get more love. I know you plug it on the show, but I haven’t noticed you asking for people to post reviews - and those can do a lot for visibility on drivethru.

Also, just FYI, Stu VenablePage 14: third paragraph, sentence beginning with “The GM (in a TN:2 game)” the word ‘call’ should be ‘calling’ or sentence restructured. Page 18: Under “Buying Skills,” refers to a chart on page 19 that is on the same page as the reference (18). Page 42: Under “Heroic Death Rules,” the sentence beginning with “In addition...” is either missing a word or punctuation. This is one of the best edited game books I’ve seen in awhile (I say as I just finished layout and design on a textbook that went to print without the editor noticing there was 2 exercise 18s.... not happy). And a quick clarification question or two: 1. Does the “Balanced” melee weapon quality stack with the Shield bonus, resulting in the character being able to add two levels of defense for 1 dice each before having to spend the usual 2? 2. Is there any mechanical downside to armor in the core rules (I’m sure various setting books will have things like casting penalties, etc)?

From what I've heard on the show, it seems like Stu doesn't care. I don't remember if that extends people are selling their own MoT stuff/settings. But free and open fan material is a go, if the podcast is anything to go by.

So far, people have just asked me if they could do a setting, and I've said "yes."
I haven't formalized the procedure at all, and I probably won't. I think the only thing I'd restrict is selling the core rules. Rather, I'd prefer people either point to momentoftruthrpg.com, or the pay-what-you-want page on drivethrurpg.

Super rad, I love open systems. They encourage collaboration and creation.

I'm a serial over-prepper and love world building too much. Usually by the time I'm ready for the first session, I've generated a massive ton of material and usually done a full layout in inDesign (because I can't ever get enough of inDesign). I don't generally ever get around to releasing anything, but figure at some point I will. I generally check licenses just in case I'm ever happy enough with a final product to do something with it. I have a handful of games about 70% ready to run and I'm shopping generic systems deciding what sounds like a good fit. Currently I'm in love with:
-MoT -Pipsystem -Entropic -oneDice
