So, I've been away for almost 2 years... What are the good campaign management softwares these days? Are wikis still god? Mostly system agnostic, but I'm planing either Pathfinder or StarWars unless I convert more Dresden followers after buying all my friends the first book on the kindle sale today.

There's many more options today than ever before.
Wikis are still viable for those into that sort of thing (but a bit more complex than some might like).
Wordpress is a free option that many people have embraced. It's a blog format, and the GM and players can all make accounts and post on the same blog space. It's highly configurable and supports plugins. For this who want to go pro, you can install it on real hosting that you already own for even more customization.
Obsidian portal is a solution tailored to role play, but many find it lacking.
There's a discussion somewhere on here about various database software.
One note is an offline solution that is very popular. It's pretty much a digital binder full of all the paper of the world. It's also available for all systems; so that's nice.
Evernote is also popular. It's online, freemium, pretty much a searchable, sortable, box of index cards.
Some groups just use a shared google doc to handle things.
Hope that gives you some avenues to explore and see what works for you.

I like making a google directory with subfolders for individual characters and setting. Works great for a game that has some world building like Dresden. The cool thing is I can set permissions for certian folders. For example player character folders can be open to the player and myself only so other players don't snoop or interfere in someone elses playground. Not that my players would, but there is some peace of mind in that. You can create and modify documents and send out notifications. I like the tool and its free and easy to use.
