I worry about this. The Traveller 5 book is pretty much a mess....I worry that this will be a total waste of money, considering that Miller seems to be involved.

I don't care about that! How do I get a part? Doesn't look that difficult from the shorts - have a pulse and turn up on time? I hope the proposed production values are better than the trailer - that's my only concern with this kickstarter, they sort of imply more of the same as the trailer. I love classic Dr Who but won't argue that the improved production values of Nu Who are a good thing. Aaron

These are rough shots just to get a feel for things, and that the kickstarter is specifically for upping the production values. It's also important to note that this is for a TV (web based?) pilot, and not a movie. So that alters things as well.

I'm sure it's a webseries . . . so was 'Sanctuary' when it started and 'Blood & Chrome' (which seems to have disappeared altogether) Aaron

That whole album based on the Traveller 'verse is rather incredible.

Is that the Sanctuary with Amanda Tapping, or a different one?

Is that the Sanctuary with Amanda Tapping, or a different one? Yep. It was a web series that crossed over to mainstream TV. It was always heavy on the CGI but even more so at the start - sort of a proof of concept thing. Aaron

11 days to go and it is already past its goal. Looks like Beowulf will be rescued!
