The official dice app isn't that bad. I bought it when it was just the RPG dice, but now it includes the dice sets from all of their Star Wars games (which is good for a sucker for Star Wars like me) and even a standard polyhedral set, all for no extra cost. Of course, I have multiple sets of the physical dice because, well, because. Justifying the purchases to my non-nerd, non-gamer wife was another thing entirely.......

There's also another dice roller site. It handles large numbers of dice type and can generate FFG's Star Wars dice. It's used primarily for Play by post games, as results can be shown in hyperlinks in threads. Codes for FFG dice are located in the Dice Expression Help link link follows: orokos.com/roll/

Disclaimer: I don't in any way get a kickback from FFG from their dice roller but...
I have to say that the FFG dice roller is invaluable. Sure it costs money which is annoying but it does two really important things:
1) Saves you from buying 7 sets of physical die which costs a metric butt-ton of physical dollars... 2) summarizes the result.
The most annoying part of rolling in SWEoE is figuring out the final number of advantages/threats/successes/failures/etc... The FFG die roller shows you the result at the bottom. It automatically figures out what cancels what and what's left.
No more long pauses trying to figure it out; no more "Okay, 2 successes and a threat.. no wait... 3 successes and a threat"

I have it and find it to be quite handy for my purposes. But I also own several sets of the dice because ... well ... they're dice ...

There's a wonderful tactile thing about dice that no application could ever replace. Plus it's cheaper to throw a die at a douche than throw your cell phone.
