uuummmm, so is episode 16 ever going to be available to non-Patreon listeners? It's been sitting there like a total cock-tease for over a week now. Or has Stu's old, dusty, addled brain finally just given out?

Holy Ballz! That is one long-ass episode... maybe that's why it came so late, it just took forever to upload.

Yaayyyy, stuff happened! Narrative progress is awesome! Can't wait to see where things go next.
Alright, now time for mandatory rules corrections/clarifications: -Celerity breaks the rules on how many blood points you can spend per turn, so Riley could spend as many as her rating in Celerity to get that many bonus actions in a turn (which would all happen at the end of the turn by the way). -When you do something that draws attention to yourself while using Obfuscate, it drops for everyone. It's an all or nothing deal. -The difficulty for resisting Rotschreck can also be adjusted not just by the size of the fire, but also by the overall situation. For example, a GIANT and SUDDEN BURST out of nowhere, RIGHT IN YO SHIT, would probably be more difficult due to the surprise element. -The Kiss makes humans all woozy and euphoric, and they tend to just give into it and stop fighting or resisting, unless they try to resit the Kiss specifically, which requires either a roll of some sort or a Willpower point.
Obligatory P.S. Hey Kimi. Ptsew!

I like the way you are thinking. The Presence Summons to a trap is a long loved tradition in Vampire.
The way we did it in Larp was we created "The Vault" which was an underground tunnel with a safe room at one end with a big hydraulic button on the inside that controlled two doors (one right in front of the room, and the other at the entrance to the tunnel) that were rated higher than we expected that the strongest vampire could punch through, and the hall was longer than a vampire could travel down at Celerity in one turn.
My Brujah would be inside the room and cast Summon. Then when the person entered in the tunnel he would hit the button and trap the person in the tunnel. That is when the flamethrowers in the ceiling would go off.
It took incredible time and resources to make it in secret, and I think we only ever had to use it twice, but man, it was a great ace in the hole when needed.

First of all awesome game. I love the characters and the story and everything!
One thing I remember from Vampire masquerade (not 20th anniversary edition) is that drinking holy blood causes aggravated damage. Maybe it is not so in V20.

But come on! That section underneath the church made me yell out loud, "Dominate the priest to open the doors, goddamnit!"
Sure, you can use your ghouls, but mortals are cheaper...

Might be, but it felt more sensible in so many ways. At least to me.

I've got a different nit needing picking: "antediluvian": the first two syllables are pronounced "auntie" not "ant eye."
Many words starting with "anti" can be pronounced as either "auntie" or "ant eye," but this rule doesn't apply to "ante."
It's like hearing someone pronounce "nuclear" as "nuke-you-lurr." Which, for the record, Gillian Anderson did for an entire X-Files audiobook. But I'm not bitter.

And just so I don't come off as a Negative Norbert, I am really, really enjoying the show and all the wonderful intraparty roleplaying which happens every week. I frequently prioritize Mote of Sin over my current audiobook when there's a new episode up.

Still catching up. On the beach, at first I was like, "oh, shit. They have a Mage. BUG OUT. BUG OUT!" Then I figured they just had a Firestarter when the water didn't turn into gasoline (or the would be mage didn't go up like a torch thanks to Paradox).
Very much approve of Skully building Nosferitaville. The construction of the Island is pretty much tailor made for underground types. I'm hoping Skully stands by his homies and negotiates some exclusive feeding rights or something for his peeps.
Did we ever get population numbers for the Island? Admittedly, things are skewed because a good amount of the Island is tourists, but even tourism has an off season. And with the Island being a separate Princedom now, there's less of an option to just jet over to the mainland to top off your tanks... if I were one of the PCs I'd put serious work in expanding my Herd. Can't go wrong with safe, reliable vitae sources.

I keep hearing references to Stork having Celerity. I didn't think that was in the Gangrel portfolio? Stu Venable ?

It's obvious I have a toddler. Every time I hear a reference to Prince Daniel, I think of Daniel Tiger.
