Uncommonman is right about that. In addition, I find all the groups I'm in spend time bullshitting and we have at least one break (typically 5 mins or so). Some groups take a break once an hour. How long you play isn't a big deal. Go as long or as short as you want. Its no different from gaming at a table in that reguard.

Have a fallback in place, even if that fallback is "we just won't game this week" - and decide ahead of time on a threshold for that. If half your players don't show, have something else decided on just in case.
