Just discovered webcomic Strong Female Protagonist, so I've been binge-reading it. It's phenomenal! Talking of webcomics, I also regularly read Rusty & Co, Order of the Stick and XKCD.

Yeah, SFP is pretty cool. I come back and binge to catch up periodically. I used to read dozens regularly, but now it's mostly SMBC, Questionable Content, Dumbing of Age, Devil's Panties, and Penny Arcade. Sometimes I catch up on XKCD.
And, of course, there's Oglaf every Sunday.

I'm currently reading the Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition Player's Handbook and The Sprawl. I'm also listening to Conan the Unconquered by Robert Jordan on my iPod.

Early Childhood Language Arts, by Mary Renck Jalongo. Do get any campaign ideas? Nope. But assignments are reminding me of my early days picking up the Red Box for the first time, and where that led me.

I'm torn on starting the third book. I liked the second one, but not nearly as much as the first. Any opinion on the third book in comparison to the first two?

See I loved RSURS, and the fact that it let some of the other characters take the spotlight a bit. Book three was on par with that one, with a bit more in the way of world building and plot movement, particularly surrounding the bondmagi.
I just finished the most recent Expanse book - just as rad as it's been - and started The Girl With All the Gifts today.
I also just caught up through volume 4 of Saga. Man, that's an excellent story.

Ooh, post thoughts on The Girl with All the Gifts! I've been thinking about grabbing that ever since seeing the trailer for the movie. It looks different from other zombie fiction.
Thanks for the RSURS note; I was disappointed that the bondsmagi were so underplayed, overall, in book 2. It seemed like they would have been central after the finale in The Lies of Locke Lamorra.
I'm STILL having trouble sticking with The Windup Girl. Maybe I built it up too much in my head for too long, but it feels disjointed and hard to track.

Oh god, I LOVED Windup Girl. But it does do the thing I'm getting sick of in modern genre fiction - multiple POV characters.

I'm reading GHOST STORY, book 13 of the Harry Dresden series. Good stuff. I'm also reading a bunch of World of Warcraft novels.
A long time ago, Gary Gygax penned a series of Greyhawk Adventures novels centering around a character named Gord. I'd love to find them and re-read those.
