I was literally just thinking about this over the weekend. I miss having people like Angry or the Fear the Boot guys or whatever as guests. It lends a different dynamic which is fun once in a while. Or even listener guest hosts like the time Jimto was on and me and maybe do a Tappy or Tyler appearance via Skype.
I really enjoyed those episodes. It really injects outside perspectives, which I think are in sore need. It's too easy to acclimate to the people around you and come to share their opinions. Also, agreement is boring. I suppose its good for giving advice, but one wonders how good that advice will remain without getting challenged occasionally.
I can appreciate a good discourse, even if neither party comes away with different views than they started with.
Gillsing: Interesting fact about a movie that put me to sleep the first two times I tried to watch it at RPG cons. The third time I managed to stay awake, and was disappointed. Everyone seemed to like it so much. But apparently it was not for me. Story of my life.
