Venice.
No...not that one. The one in California. There's a LOT of weird people there. But...maybe they're not people? Maybe it's a village of strange creatures disguised? Maybe it's a supernatural flea market?

Thanks so much for the inspiration uncommonman! If you didn't get to see Sunday's special edition, there was TROLL! Slightly different from Trollhunter, and in Iceland, but there was TROLL! And I will definitely do the nordic archipelago. There's a lot of fun there.

Iceland is indeed a great destination. On top of having such austere countryside, they still genuinely believe in ElvesThanks for this Stork! Sunday's special edition went to Iceland, all thanks to you! I had so much fun trying to learn a little Icelandic accent and culture.

Thanks so much for the inspiration uncommonman! If you didn't get to see Sunday's special edition, there was TROLL! Slightly different from Trollhunter, and in Iceland, but there was TROLL! And I will definitely do the nordic archipelago. There's a lot of fun there. I love it! I've got the perfect creature for you now that I've listened to a few sessions and it would work perfect for the Nordic archipelago: Näcken (The Nude/Neck) i.pinimg.com/564x/50/e3/f3/50e3f3b011b94b01b4563b684cbda853--kreativa-paganism.jpg [NSFW?] en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neck_(water_spirit)It is a water spirit mostly depicted as a beautiful nude male playing an instrument (often a fiddle). It is also a shapeshifter that can take the shape of a white large horse. And if you need a story idea it can also be a jealous Skogsrå (Hulder) involved and the team needs to play Dr Phil and help to save their relationship. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/HulderSince no one of the team is equipped for relationship advice this could be a fun break from action and more character development (especially for the shapeshifter killer). And you get to play two beautiful magical creatures ;-) Huggs and kisses from a Swedish listener.

Elves > Dimmu Borgir "Abandonment" aside; I and a crew of fellow neeerds spent a week at a house in Hafnir, about half an hour from Keflavik airport, with day excursions to tourist traps along the Golden Circle. It's a ridiculously beautiful country. Our resident droid operator took some sweet footage of the whole shebang: youtu.be/rJsL3TI4iTQ
