The inspiration behind Boo

For those who aren't aware, I was the donor behind the NPC "Boo". Marie "Boo" St. Jean was my PC in a Dracula Dossier/Night's Black Agents campaign. She was a DGSE agent who specialized in extracting persons of interest out of dangerous regions, doing a lot of work across Europe and northern Africa. She had a brush with the supernatural while on a standard operation which was covered up by multiple national governments. One extraction went badly when her cover was compromised and the asset and his family, whom she was extracting, were gunned down and she barely made it out alive. Her confidence shattered she was forced to "take an indefinite holiday".
Intrigue ensued and she was pulled into a broad supernatural conspiracy while she was laying low in Algiers. She drove a getaway car through a monastery while being chased by vampires and beat up a spy. Did I mention that she's a master of martial arts? She encountered Dracula in England. Kicked a vampire in the head at a fancy socialite party, looked fabulous doing it, but was completely ineffective. Did I mention that vampires don't care if you're a master of martial arts? In response the vampire chewed on her without her consent before her teammates killed it.
Later, she got temporary vampire powers and gunned down some evil spies in a safehouse basement. Then there were demon wolves that also chewed on her. She had a hard time keeping hp. Next she was off to Jordan to investigate a vampire dig site where a very pretty lady tried to seduce her via a pair of binoculars, and although she resisted the magic... she was very flustered. Later, fighting happened! Unnerved, she rushed the magic lady and almost gutted her with a shotgun, but then got two fists of force lightning to the face and nearly died...
That was where the campaign ended.
Mechanically, her MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) was driving. She could drive any terrestrial vehicle, including tanks. As well as pilot most conventional aircraft and commercial boats. Her solace, an object that restores her cool, was the hair ribbon from the daughter of the family she failed to extract. It reminded her of why she had to stay sharp and fight the good fight. It later turned out that Dracula had been present at that botched extraction. Her haven, her one safe place, was a seedy bar in St. Kitts run by an old retired spy friend of hers.
She's athletic, tanned, and has light brown hair, just as Adam described her. The accent is spot on for just how bad my French accent was. She cares a lot about children and innocents, so her caring about a younger sister is very appropriate. She also knew a little first aid, spoke fluent Arabic, and could parkour like a mo-fo.
