I've been working on RPG for kids, called Adventures in Arkendale. It's a fantasy setting with several possible "bad guys," including frogmen, makers of clockwork monsters, plus typical NPC bad guys (like bandits, crooked guards, etc).
I ran it for the first time at the game convention. Apart from my daughter being uncooperative, I learned a lot from the game. I've tweaked some of the mechanics (mostly armor being too protective).
I'm now reasonably confident that the game is in a playable form. Once I've expanded on the setting information (and made a few play aids) I'll make it available along with the adventure I wrote for it.

Have you done anything with classic children's stories?
I would guess that many of the Brothers Grimm stories would be a good start for kids adventures.
Search for the missing girl with a red riding hood, investigate the reports of a house made of gingerbread, is the brave little tailor telling the truth about his adventures...
You could outsource this to the podcast like "two page, one epic" for fun.

I like that idea!
It would be awesome to include similar tales from many different cultures.
The basic game will be free to download (or as a pay-what-you-want on Drivethrurpg).

Different cultures is what happyjacks listeners do! Make a announcement on the podcast and I'll bet you'll get many interesting stories/adventures from us.
