Bloodlines & Black Magic is now available on DriveThruRPG. One of our groups main GMs is a co-author on it, and I'm a credited playtester! 
It's an interesting setting, kinda like Buffy meets Cthulhu, but not quite. It uses the unofficial Occult 7 Pathfinder mod, which keeps power creep down (max level is 7) and makes it grittier.
Stu Venable, I know some folks gave feedback about interviews; if a local designer/author is something you'd be interested in, I could easily make the connection.
