Tears & Kisses In the Rain: A Cyberpunk Fable
Saturday, June 30 5pm-9 PTThis was the 2nd half our our T&K game. The first part had plenty of cyber feelz, rock-n-roll, and surprises, so I'm sure we're in for more of the same in our second and final session. (FYI, Stork gave our GM, Colin , a shout-out for his GM'ing style on the podcast, 22:06. Thanks stork !) T&K is a PbtA game where you play cyberpunks in a dystopian City controlled by the Man. It’s about struggling against the Man and his system of inequality while fighting for the things that matter and make you feel human like love and rock-n-roll. And you’re stuck, in your City, in your neighborhood, because the Man likes it like that, it’s the way things work.At least before you just can’t take it anymore and decide to try to leave the City, and that ain’t easy. Characters (created in Part 1): Frankie Knox ( gina ) - Street Samurai (a chrome warrior in service or running from whomever paid for for their upgrades) Musafa ( tomes ) - Prodigal Soldier (someone who just returned changed from the war to find either the City or they changed) Sparrow ( noclue ) - Renegade Replicant (a robot on the run before their time runs out) Faye ( aabria ) - Revolutionary Firebrand (a charismatic activist trying to bring down the Man) Joined by in Part 2: Cherry ( mcellis ) - Street Warlord of the Warbirds (head of a gang that controls the neighborhood)

Just listening and there was mention of a playlist - any chance you have it on Spotify to share or is it a literal list you wrote down?

Just listening and there was mention of a playlist - any chance you have it on Spotify to share or is it a literal list you wrote down? It's an iTunes playlist I made awhile back. Colin should tell you what he's got in his. Mine is heavy on stuff like The Clash, The Ramones, Hooverphonic, Sneaker Pimps, Love & Rockets, Portishead, NIN, Massive Attack, Daft Punk, The Subways, and a bunch of other random stuff. P.S. Sorry for the delay, life was stupid busy for awhile there. ;)
