Thanks for the shoutout, Bork Bork all. Kids didn't play during medieval times, play was reserved for adults. And people didn't age prematurely it is the many that died young that makes the average lifespan so low. news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/241864.stmIn short (and as I posted last BBT adventure) if you survived childhood you had a decent chance to survive adulthood. If you survived adulthood you had a decent chance to survive to old age. -Loads of dead babies (a reason for some not so modern lack of love and pampering) -Lots of dead workers/death during childbirth. -Not as few old people as you would belive. ps. you are supposed to burn the witch, not let the witch do the burning...

There was the added tension caused by the environment and the casters pushing up to their entropy limits, but the battle otherwise was rather similar to the one on the beach. The bad guys had zero chance to hit once injured and the vikings had minimal impact because magic ruled the day again. I still feel that there should always be a chance to do damage and that the magic is overpowered.
Of course, it was still an entertaining session.

Maby the old magic skill system was better since the characters had less in their skills and got more side effects.

Yup.
There's going to be some nerfing of magic. I'm thinking about going back to Will for entropy limit, rather than Willx2.
I'm also considering having pushing cost a MoT per multiple.
With regards to mooks not being able to hit, I'm going to squeeze in a short sentence in the main book, specifying that the GM gets a small pool of MoTs for such occasions.
