Though I blame SavageDaddy.
My brain keeps saying 3 words:
SAVAGE WORLDS: LEGO
Now I know people have used Lego as minis and stuff, but I keep imagining something where if you get incapacitated you pull the head torso and legs apart. Every round after that you make a vigor roll. Each success and raise means you connect another piece together until you have the whole body. Any raise after that means ou are also allowed to take an action on your turn.
Savagedaddy, if you want to do something with that stupid simple concept, by all means you are more creative than I.

Ooooooo thats actually kinda good... its a good thing Lego sets aren't like $100 a pop..... oh wait hahahahahahahaha. Don't buy individual sets, just the pieces you need. I have a LEGO store under 45 minutes away from my house. (Hell, the advantage of lining where I do is the largest and fourth largest city in the country are both less than 2 hours from my front door...) You can buy individual piece...

Run one of the series like a Harry Potter, or some cross genre Lego World mish mash where you have Harry Potter, Batman, and Captain JAck Sparrow riding dinosaurs while being chased by a goblin army? Wait a minute...oh lord that actually sounds pretty cool...

OK, where can I find a good site that explains Lego Universe (the MMO) and the theory behind how all the worlds are connected?

I'll take that in the spirit in which it's intended. Great Idea! My two cents would be to run it in the Lego: Star Wars Universe, especially if you and the players are familiar wiith the video games. It will help immersion. Star Wars works well with Savage Worlds (It's Space Pulp). You may also want to incorporate 'puzzle' solving building into the game to open doors, find equipment, etc.... Looking forward to hear how this goes.

Oh I like that... you mean like the way it happens in the Lego Star Wars video games? You could give them a benny for finishing the puzzles within a certain time limit

Honestly if I was going lego I think I'd play it straight as if they were living mini figs. Enemies would include other minifigs, insects, mice, cats, dogs, birds, and any other creature that might try to eat a tiny humanoid. Obstacles would be both lego based as well as things like Vaccum cleaners, getting lost in plush carpet jungles, or the yard outside. Travel through the walls via mice holes and the horrors that might be found there.
And now I want to run this game. Damn you.
