I had the honor of being involved with Skirmisher games in the early 2000s, and managed to get this from them while I worked as a reviewer for them. It is a great game and shows how miniatures were being used in tabletop(floor top in this case) battles. The man was such a nerd, in the way that we can all appreciate.

I wonder how long HGs "argument phase" took? I believe the argument phase was called the "bully" phase back them. It could only be initiated with a monocle and a handlebar moustache, and was settle by 30 rounds of fisty-cuffs.

It could only be initiated with a monocle and a handlebar moustache, and was settle by 30 rounds of fisty-cuffs. In competitive tournament play it was known as the "Duel Phase" and was settled with pistols at dawn (or less commonly swords).
