Has anyone run Kingmaker? I am debating running it as my play group is in a state of flux currently and I don't want to run my homebrew until the group settles down again.
I like the sandbox-ish nature of Kingmaker but wanted to get others thoughts before diving in?

I have not run it but I have read through the first couple of books and it seemed like a nice module. But in a state of flux it might not work as its designed for a bit longer play as I see it.

Good day,
I have run the first 2 kingmaker books, and I highly recommend it, the adventure is good and is very well written. You might want to consider updating some of the rules for Kingdom Building, since the older rules were later revised in the Ultimate Campaign book.
There's also a 3rd party book named "Ultimate Ruleship" by Legendary Games, which further expand the rules for the Kingdom Building aspect of the game. It's a 9.99 pdf, but worth every penny.

Can you explain more about that PDF? I'm quite interested!
