Afternoon,
A friend of mine recommended your podcast and I decided to start at the beginning and work forward. However, I cannot seem to be able to download any of your podcasts.
At first I thought it was just the older ones but if seems the latest one is unavailable too.
I have tried through iTunes, your website and RPG Geek.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

Hmm.
I just tried downloading from the web page, and it worked fine.
Where is he downloading from (geographically)?

The actual play disappeared from my list before I finished listening to all of it, but the main HJ podcast downloads fine from iTunes Aaron

Thanks for checking.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I've tried unsubscribing and starting from scratch but no luck.
When I try downloading from the site I get a 2KB .mp3 file every time I can't stream either.
I have managed to download other another Podcasts but I'm no expert so am probably missing something obvious.

Works for me from Oz.
What device are you using, and what are you doing to try to download it?

I've tried through iTunes and using Chrome to download via the website and RPG Geek.
I just tried Internet Explorer and when I clicked on download under the latest podcast on the main site I get a new window with a Comodo error saying the website is unsafe:
"This website has been blocked temporarily because of the following reason(s): •Prohibited Content: Site may contain content that is prohibited on this network"
Looks like the Firewall might be causing the issue but I didn't get this error through Chrome.
Unfortunately I'm off to work now but will tinker with my firewall when I get back.
Thanks,

Sounds more like security software to me. If it was your firewall then it just wouldn't work (connectivity would be blocked).
Try turning off any anti-virus/anti-malware apps you might have running, or anything that restricts browsing (like netnanny).
Oh - and make sure you are actually at the genuine website - happyjacks.org

Still unable to do download on this computer I tried disabling all anti-virus and firewalls but no luck.
I then tried on my fiances laptop and everything is coming down correctly so I'll download there and move it across.
Thanks for your help.

That's really strange. I haven't had any problems so far. Sorry I'm not very tech savvy but it does sound less like your firewall and more something to do with your router/ISP could be blocking it as well. This is going to sound utterly stupid to, like, the 500 tech people on here but could it be that there is a parental block on it due to it stating it has explicit content? either from your end, or from the ISP thanks to that new rule we put in about blocking porn?

Wait - did the UK get the net censorship stuff through? That is scary.... Also - assuming the fiancé's laptop was used on the same internet connection - it's gotta be your computer, or software on it.

Quite true . . . just goes to show there really isn't any differences between ruling 'classes', just the PR we choose to believe. More scary are the number of CCTV's per head of capita in the UK - that's per person NOT per square mile - the HIGHEST in the world, period. Before I even get to local shop this morning, which is a 2 minute walk away, I'll be filmed, on average, by 7 different cameras . . . They also want to 'smoking' e-cigs in public places because it 'undermines' the smoking ban AND ban smoking in your own car. Pro or anti smoking it's the draconian approach that should be unacceptable to anyone . . . Aaron
