Welcome to our very first PPGCon that will host one shot chat room games all day long on August 16th 2014 at www.penandpapergames.com Over a dozen GMs specializing in all kinds of genres will take in “Walk Ins” to form groups and host games. Pre-generated sheets will be available for you to choose from to save time in playing the game. The one shot games do not take longer than 2 to 4 hours allowing you to seek another game from a different DM if desired on that day as the convention goes on the entire day. We are expecting for the first mini convention an attendance of at least 50 to 100 members enjoying the main lobby room on where we can chat about making games, playing them, testing them, or finding the newest published products. On this day we will also have guest star appearance of published game designers such as Timothy Brown author of Dragon Kings and one of the original creators of Dark Sun. Simon Washbourne of Beyond Beliefs Games may come in to introduce his newest works of Crimsons Blade. He also wrote Barbarians of Lemuria of which you can download the first edition for free here at the penandpaper site. Last but not least we may get Matt James an Award Winning Game Designer that has his newest works out Red Aegis a game that combines Dungeons & Dragons and the hit pc game Civilization.
We will have during certain hours trivia games to win virtual prizes as of free give away possibilities. We hope that you will find some time to visit the chat room to support our first mini convention and hang out with us. Talk about what you like to play or explain your latest projects!
For roleplayers here are a few games available thus far. Make sure to visit the PPGCon Information Site to find more gaming availabilities and register for a reserved seat ahead of time to ensure you will be able to play a chat room game on that day. Visit the site at www.penandpapergames.webs.com
Your support in making our dream come true of having a small get together will be highly appreciated.
Thank you
