I'm so sorry to hear that.
I think it goes without saying, but I'll say it anyways: "you have the love and support of this whole community."
Take care of business. We'll be here.

I was getting worried someone had a serious medical issues (cancer or something) but what you are going through is not much better. That really sucks man. Take all the time you need to get everything straightened out. Don't come back until you are sure you are ready. Take care and remember, "the force will be with you, always." (I think that is a quote by Spock from season 1, episode 3 of Babylon 5)

Wow. Yeah, I too was on the "I guess someone's sick, and I hope they get better soon" train. Hope things work out, Stu, in whatever manner they need to work out. My first marriage ended in sound and fury, signifying nothing. Best to you folks.

Stu
I knew something was up when the podcast hadn't appeared in my feed for a few weeks. I figured that, as they say, "real life happened". Everything you said about people "taking sides" not helping anyone involved is truer than truth.
All my sympathy and heartfelt encouragement goes out to you and everyone else involved.
My Downcast app will be dutifully waiting for when the podcast resumes.
All my best

Stu, take your time, as we say in my gaming group, real life comes first. If that means hobbies and fun things have to wait, it's life, anyone who can't sympathise can go hang. You've been there for your community, and I'm sure they will wait for you. I wish you and your family all the best. I'll be listening when you get back.
Ecrodorias.

So being a long time listener, 1st time poster on the forums this is kind of interesting to have my 1st post not be about gaming but instead about the real world. There is always something to be said about moments like these; sometimes good, sometimes bad. But with that said sometimes the best response is nothing at all other than to let your loved ones know you are their for them as a friend or an ear. And I will have to say that you, your crew, the people of this forum and your family are my loved ones.
And not to make light of this situation at least if gives me a few more weeks to catch up on this massive back log.

Prayers to you and your family good sir, been there, it's hard, thankfully we didn't have kids at the time. I've also been a child of divorce, and that was messy. But the way your handling that with everyone in tow is admirable and understandable. Hope things will peak back up for you in the near future and that everything works out for the best.
Like everyone else, I feared there was something equally as tragic or other health issues at work. There's an impact you've left on us all that would be equally missed and mourned if something were to happen to you or any of the other cast.

I don't know what to say except that it's a major bummer for all involved and I send my sympathy.

I'm terribly sorry to hear about your marriage I hope it's as calm and relatively less-painful as possible.

I'm really sorry to hear this Stu. I just finished a very nasty divorce myself. My prayers for you and your family, this too shall pass.
