Fellow GMs I game with want to get a 5e game going, and my reaction has been less than enthused.
Any ideas for how I can bring myself back to wanting to play Medieval Fantasy?
Of late I have been more interested in cyberpunk games like Shadowrun, and Star Wars.
Sidenote, it was funny when I was called out by a friend when I offered Numenera, citing how it is very fantasy.

I don't know that you can just learn to love a genre you've truly lost interest in. That said, what attracted you to fantasy in the first place? Maybe it's still there. Which books were you reading when you got into it, which were you most impressed by? Pick them up again and see if it reignites something.

Although I like certain elements of fantasy, I'm not into some of the overly unscientific parts (the way all the pantheons mix and match and work together, or not). I know it sounds silly, but I really like fantasy that's grounded in some underlying mechanic that sounds somewhat plausible. So for instance the whole Anne McCaffrey Pern series, or the Helliconia series by Brian Aldiss (shit, anything by that guy), or The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson. All of these feel like fantasy while you are a character in the story, but they are effectively some sort of sci-fi. Now, I don't know if that helps, but for me that makes the whole thing a little more interesting as a GM, cause I'm trying to exude a fantasy setting, but with underlying elements which work somewhat differently. I don't know if that helps. I do think as guitarspider said: reading sometimes re-invigorates you (or watching movies, finding good tunes, etc.) Personally, I just can't get into 5E cause I can't get past the D&D rules hump.

My current group rotates GMs. We run a campaign under one GM and when the story ends we move onto something else. We're finishing up an arc now and the next GM is trying to decide what to run next and my only thing was "No fantasy". I feel basically the same way. I'm kinda fantasy'd out. I think I could do fantasy if it was... different. Like a setting I hadn't played in, low magic versus normal magic, maybe starting out at a higher level instead of the usual level 1, something like that. In all honesty though, I just have no desire to play fantasy right now.

Books. Books and more books, just make sure to find some books that embody the themes & vibes your looking for. For instance if your running a classic fantasy adventure of good guys heros and dragons don't look for inspiration in The Black Company

Honestly? Play the stuff you wanna play for now. I had this exact same thing happen to me a few years back. So, I picked up Traveller and played scifi for a while. Now, while I'm still not a huge fan of fantasy, I don't hate it anymore.

If your bored of fantasy, stop.
Shadowrun can be great because fantasy races and a flexible futuristic setting. Rules can get clunky, but I'm still having a blast with 5e.
Change setting and tone. I wrapped my DnD5e game to run 50 Fathoms and were having tons of fun. It's still fantasy, but not elves and dwarves and not medieval.
Atomic Robo might be up your ally. So might Urban Shadows, which I'll rave more about when it's actually out.
Good luck, hope you get inspired and fall in love with a setting

If your bored of fantasy, stop. Can't argue with the truth in that one, but... This could work well too, if you don't hate fantasy, you just feel like it's a little stale. The campaign I'm running right now is a "crack team of special agents" game, but in fantasy. I wanted it to feel a little of empire vs empire and spy vs spy and hidden agendas, but I didn't want to play a modern game. I think swapping the usual roles is good too... like I haven't listened to the Eldemy actual play from HJ, but many of the players are Orcs, and the settings sounds like they flipped some stuff on its head. That alone can make things a bit more exciting. Another option is using a fantasy base for the setting, but then destroy some aspect of it... magic suddenly got unpredictable and deadly. Use a Jenga tower and every spell level = pull... want to case a 3rd level fireball? Pull 3 blocks. The tower falls, you explode in flame. And of course there are pre-canned settings along these lines. Some friends started running a Dark Sun campaign that I joined in for 2 games, and it was pretty interesting in theme and feel.

Dark Sun and Numenera have similar feels.
