Seems all your responders are misisng this salient point so I thought I should speak up. The problem Daniel has is with YOU. Daniel does not trust YOU. [Thus he is right not to play in your game. You should not want him to.] YOU have addressed is objections to Blake's character, and he does not trust YOU. YOU are going to be his GM? Happy gaming. Mind you Daniel's wording is very familiar . . . I smell bullshit . . .
a smell I haven't smelt since . . .

To OP . . . if it is something beyond the group game that is the issue then be prepared for the worst. Sometimes some things cannot be solved (at least not straight away) and they just have to work themselves out. There is also the possibility that it has nothing at all to do with the group . . . outside stressful events in Daniel's (the player not the sockpuppet/troll) life resulting in this (seemingly) unrelated behaviour. 'Kick the Dog' is the best metaphor ie: Boss kicks Dad for some fuck up, Dad comes home and kicks Wife because he can't kick Boss back, Wife similarly ends up kicking Kids and the youngest Kid ends up kicking the dog "because" . . . He may just need to ventilate a bit with his friends, just get him to do it a bit more positively . . . eg: allow him to bitch about what the real problem is even if it nothing to do with gaming Aaron

Thanks for the advice Kainguru! I live my life prepared for the worst. My problem is I dont have anybody to kick, maybe I need to buy a dog... You kick the players. Shoot them with lazers until they are dead. It's the GM way
