I'm working on a Fallout setting packet called Fallout: First Survivors centered around playing within weeks or months after the bombs first fell. Without getting too far into the plot (I haven't 100% finished the plot point yet) the players are members of Vault 7, a Vault-Tech vault in the dessert outside Phoenix Arizona that was set to reopen only one week after being sealed with a faulty generator and limited food. More importantly there is a mystery within the dessert that is causing random survivors to mutate, developing odd powers, and even the dead to sometimes reanimate as ghouls. Anyways I'm still finishing up a lot of the rules, but as they get finished I've been posting them and would love any feed back. I know there are other Fallout conversions out there, but I figured I'd go for something a bit different and definitely Savage. Original pitch with some setting rules. Rule for Ghouls Rules for Fevers (Mutants with odd powers) I have plans for Psychics, crafting with Blueprints and Recipes, as well as gear and monster stats all wrapping up into a plot point campaign.
