Listening still but your talk of evil characters not seeing themselves as evil reminds me of a character I played in a 1920's Horror LARP.
It was an elderly Jack the Ripper. He truly believed in what he was doing and then with the revelation of Elder Gods and other such horrors he realized he had much bigger fish to fry than those dirty little whores.
Good times.

On the elderly Jack the Ripper, I'm reminded of the Babylon 5 episode "Comes the Inquisitor", where the Vorlons brought Jack the Ripper forward from the past to be the person who would interrogate each person who claimed to be The One. Pretty interesting concept. There are plenty of examples in fiction of the bad guy who doesn't see his actions as evil. I think that's the point of Watchmen and Ozymandius. Now, on the talk about alignments, yeah, I think a lot of times they're taken and made into more straightjackets than guidelines. What I found interesting, and I wish I had more filled out from it, was a video John Wick (not the Keanu John Wick also referred too ) released where he reworked d20 to be more his style with the rule he couldn't change anything on the character sheet. One of the ideas was alignment. Instead of Lawful Good, etc, you had five points to spend on an axis Law-Neutral-Chaos, and Good-Neutral-Evil. The more points in one aspect showed your commitment to that principle, and also gave you other bonuses. So, someone's alignment could be Law 4 Good 1. Or Chaos 5. Or Law 2 Good 2 Neutral 1. thought it was an interesting take on a spectrum instead of a straight jacket.

And oh lord yes if you have ten cast in a boffer larp respawns are your friend.
Stu the interesting thing about running a larp is imagine you are a tabletop GM and you don’t have complete control over your npcs when the pcs start throwing wrenches.

Go to reiterate was Goluptous Geek already discovered. Feng Shui (1 or 2) is not the system for John Wick Game. It is far too swingy. PCs can “miss” a lot. John Wick (almost) never misses, and what makes the films fun is neither do the (named) antagonists.
You also don’t want a hit-point based system, as part of the fun is seeing Wick coping with his injuries. So i’m Thinking a system with “conditions” rather than HP, or at the very least, HP that don’t have the binary functioning functioning functioning dead conditions for trad systems.
Of the systems i’m playing at the moment, Nights Black Agents with the addition of “conditions” rather than HP, or ... a MASSIVE hack R&K L5R, then we could have “John Wick’s John Wick”, wouldn’t that be cool?!

I don’t agree, Fredrix. John Wick hits mooks a lot. Which, PCs in Feng Shui should be doing. It’s against the Lieutenant and Boss characters when he does start to miss.

for a John Wick stile game i would go for the Ninjas & Super Spy's rpg from Palladium books, some little work would be needed to trim out the stuff not fitting the game in hand but its a one book option that should do the trick and a very easy to learn game system
