Good show and all that but what the hell happened to Stu's morning shit-storm??? I wanted to know about his 9AM shit-storm! He mentioned it and it seemed like he was about to talk about it but then other people started talking about other stuff and we never got to the shit-storm I am very disappointed. I was promised a tale of a fat man's morning shit-storm and I was left hanging. Also, I wanted to know how his game went. HEYYOOOOOO!!!

The YouTube audio was low, the video looped and there were to little drunkenness but it was a good show.

I'm glad more people are playing "Ten Candles". It's an amazing concept and I'm eager to give it another shot. But if you like the idea of "Ten Candles" I'd also suggest " The Quiet Year". This is a game I'd love to see a Happy Jacks AP. You can find "Ten Candles" here: cavalrygames.com/ten-candles/

Since I was there, I can tell you things got a little desperate. At one point I stole the small amount of beer tomes had left. And that was after the Japanese whiskey circulated.

I definitely didn't get drunk (and had a 10pm late night Games on Demand to think about), but I do remember looking back and thinking that the event was a little fuzzy around the edges. OFTHEHILLPEOPLE: I ran The Quiet Year for Jackercon a few years back... let's see, where is that... Huh. Can't find it anywhere. If anyone here remembers, let me know. Maybe it didn't get recorded...

At one point cadave talks about the little mouse in Katie's game, and I know that man. That's Jonathan, who started coming to our con about a year ago, and I've played with many times. Now, I think Dave and kurtpotts did an entertaining job talking about mister mouse. Because it was fucken hilarious. But, I did pass on the 'cast to Jonathan so he could hear it, and will also throw this out there (his response, which illustrates not just the crazy, but the thinking behind that "crazy", because it's pretty fantastic): Oh, I love role players that elevate our collective fun. Thank you all!

I love Traveller so much, because as players, we go to war with the character we have, not the character we wish we had.
It's a truly wonderful experience for those who aren't tied to making the exact character they want.
And there's always that one person who says, "I'm not sure why the rest of the party is keeping me around." In Bill's SW Traveller game, it was Stork. In my con game, it was Davy.

Thanks tomes I'm so glad that you connected to Jonathan. Really enjoyed his interpretation, and I totally see how he wasn't actually "murdering & killing" just talking a big game about it.

Jonathan was hilarious. It was so hard trying to play the straight man next to him because I wanted to just let him go.
