I was looking but not finding a good finance spreadsheet for traveller. I want to have monethly payments, total mortgage, shit costs, profits, and a way to divide shares of profits amount the PCs.
We have not come up with a system of how to divide the profits between characters yet. I would like to know how you have done this in your game. Ship shares calculate % of profits? OR crew position payment determines % of profits?
I need some help. Do you have any?

right now everything is barely enough to make the mortgage payments. Everyone gets paid according to their role as though they were being hired by the ship, but there's not much "profit" left over. I like it this way so far

How about GURPS Traveller? I think I have some in my way-back-in-the-day notes but ultimately depends what you want to keep track of? I think I made one that required a 10% corporate tax for ships to the Imperium, and on planet or station trade has a sales/vat tax of 1-15%. It allowed me to guage the resources of the imperium and create the over all economy of how many ships made up the space economy using broad stroke numbers.

You could always do some old style pirate loot way. Ship + captain takes 50% - 75% from any booty, rest is spread out with the crew, with seniority getting more than one share. Or could just be fixed pays per month, any high risk endeavours will pay out in extra bonuses to everyone involved.
I mean if they all pitch in for the ship with their various fortunes and ship shares, you could technically figure out who owns what percentage of the ship, and base profits of that. But I imagine in those situations, player characters share equally and NPCs get a fixed pay.

I would say that technically, the arrangements for splitting profits amongst a ship's company would be a matter for the characters in question to hammer out when they go into business together. (For the real world though, I'd suggest that you and your players should come to a simple agreement and metagame that aspect of it, otherwise you end up playing Business Negotiation: The RPG).
But as there are no set ways to split the loot so to speak, it doesn't really make sense to have a set spreadsheet, as they tend to be set up to cater to a certain way of doing things.
As for me, I know my GnuCash pretty well, so I've used that in the past. It might seem like massive overkill, but for me I'm pretty comfortable using it, so it lets me retain flexibility and still take care of things quickly.

I know for the one Traveller campaign i played in, the people who were in charge of the ship (i.e. the high-society lady who owned the actual ship and a little help from the GM) just set up a custom google docs spreadsheet and used that. It doesn't take a whole lot of time if you know your way around a spreadsheet.
Do you need a spreadsheet made? I'm sure I could help with that with a little bit of discussion.

Here is my annualized ship expenses and revenue. I used these to create a basic business plan or the "dominant strategy of doing business" template for Traveller. Traveller is my favourite way to learn my business and economics studies when its gamified its so easy to digest.
