My Dream Game(s)...

I mentioned somewhere else that I am a longtime gamer that took a long hiatus and have returned to gaming with Pathfinder. We are having a ton of fun with Pathfinder, but I still have my dream games that I would like to run. Here are a couple of mine:
BECMI--aka "basic." This is the boxed set that I cut my teeth on. The Larry Elmore barbarian/red dragon cover just got it's claws into me, and I was HOOKED. I still remember how it *smells!*
If I could do any gaming that I wanted right now (and everyone else had to go along with it), I would break out the old books (I still have them), and we would play through ALL of the original modules. Especially The Isle of Dread, Earthshaker!, and Temple of the Frog. Probably Test of the Warlords, too! If there was any edition where I had the most fun, that was it!
That said, what we actually played was probably more like, "Advanced Basic," as we went with the books that we had--SO, we used the charts and whatnot from the BECMI books, but our DM had a 1st edition DM's guide, and eventually we ended up also using a 2nd Edition Player's Handbook. All in all, it was kind of crazy, but was also crazy fun!
My second dream game would be to play a modified Ravenloft game with 2nd Edition (*maybe* 3rd) rules. But instead of doing the Ravenloft Campaign setting, I would like to play out a campaign based on Strahd's history as a war hero. I.e. His back story is that he fought a war to drive the Tergs out of his ancestral homeland, and in the process became a count. He comes back from war to find his younger brother is getting married, and Strahd falls in love with the girl, makes a deal with Death, and becomes a vampire the night of the wedding. Depending on which sources you go with, he was also shot up with arrows by assassins sent by his cousins (the Dilisnyas) who were in league with the Tergs.
The game that I want to run would have the PCs as common soldiers (not PC class fighters), and would be a sort of medieval Band of Brothers game. They would fight for Strahd, and hopefully be honored guests at his brother Sergei's wedding...
What is your dream game, and what system does it use?
