I convinced a friend to join us last time, he didn't know jack about HappyJacks. Worked well, except his connection broke down, so he was listening on G+ and speaking via chat...

I think that's the way to go: don't open it up to the public without reservations, but if someone has a friend they'd like to bring, why not.

I had a feeling that a certain Fallout junky might be lurking around with the ghouls...the good thing about making it an apocalypse world game is all the aspects that the players love about fallout out can be brought in during game set up. You really want the Brotherhood of Steel to make a showing ? Done. You really want there to be some robots? Done. That way hopefully in a four hour con game we cover all the bases (which I realize is an impossibility).

Don't be tempted...just run it! And I'll play it. What system ? Wasn't Fallout originally supposed to be a GURPS game ?

If there are spots open and it fits my schedule, I am so in that Apocalypse World game. Now to choose between a Battle Babe, a Gunlugger, and a Skinner. Unless I can play as a Space Marine Mammal...

I too requested to join the JackerCon G+ community. Hopefully all things will be revealed there, as I am not seeing how to post/schedule a game on the forums at the moment.

Thinking of maybe running some Witch: The Road to Lindisfarne, which is a super rules light dirty hippie game, or some Urban Shadows which is an AW hack that is more Angel/Buffy than Monsterhearts (not that I don't like me some MH).

Oi! So with approximately 39 days to go until the virtual dice hit the virtual table (or if your a luddite, and you know who you are...) the real dice are rolled off camera in whatever weird little dice roller you've constructed...might just be on the fiddly bits for all I know.

ANYWAY! There are currently a solid DOZEN games being offered some are close to full some need players...who's brave enough to hop in the anime Panty Explosion game? Aaaaaand there are currently EIGHTY FUCKIN' TWO...people signed up on the Jackercon community page. And at last check hoseirrob is not currently on that list WTF dude ? You should totally come play in my Fall Out Apocalypse World game (I guarantee you'll get to shoot some sketchers).

And if 74 members have signed into this forum in the last 24 hours I believe there are still many more who haven't made the flying leap of madness.
