We played session 14 of the Mote of Sin yesterday, and my recorder died at one point. So we lost about an hour of stuff. Luckily, Samantha keeps very detailed records, especially when she's directly involved in a conversation, so I expect her summary next session will cover the basics of what happened.

SO many quotes! So much awesome! My favorite porn-stached vampire is back!
Immediately the plot started moving again!
“You smell like fear and vomit.”
“How did you see me?” “You've never been really good at this!”
Did you know your building is covered in cops?
“You live in a cave now, things have gotten pretty bad.” “I've been to Walmart I know how bad things have gotten.”

"We should turn his family and leave his wife so he has to kill his wife."
I didn't know we jumped the shark to a Sabbat game, because that's Sabbat 101.

I feel I need to point this out since it has come up a few times already (and I'm a pedantic ass), whenever a character/player succeeds on a Humanity roll to avoid degeneration, it means the character DOES feel guilt not the other way around. When you fail the roll it means the character has rationalized the act somehow and thus avoids feeling bad for their transgression, and consequently becomes more monstrous and less human, hence the Humanity loss.
Also, YAY Stork is back!

Albert: I'm doing my best to be nice. Adrian: And you're doing such a good job. Kimi : that delivery was hilariously, awesomely condescending; like you were talking to a pouty student. Edit: Oh, and what a horrible place for the recording to die. That was a hell of a bomb to come back to!

Yeah, I'm looking forward to ep15 to get everything framed right in my head, I tend to passively listen at work (read: my attention is not always fully focused on the podcast) so I'm all discombobulated...

Someone needs to drop a note to the paper and see if they know if Detective Christoff is getting a divorce. Seems the Mrs has taken the kids and left the island.

Um... you're right. It's too easy to forget that a success followed by an OOC "nope, I'm OK" on a Humanity roll actually means the opposite.
