You even used the correct pronunciation, I think twice, and never threw it in Stu's face. You could've roasted his frikin balls over that one, son! Lesson #1: never correct Stu Venable.

System question as I slowly catch up: when kimi attached stork should he not have gotten a defence roll of some sort before soaking the damage? Or am I thinking of a different game?

Yes, he should get some sort of soak roll (unless it was aggravated and he didn't have what-it (the thing that resists that)).
I *think* he elected not to soak it. That's my recollection anyway.

He got to soak but rolled terribly as usual. I was thinking more along the lines of a dodge or block type action to defend against the attack then try to soak whatever damage gets through.

Dodging is an option in Vampire the Masquerade, and as I recall Stork elected to just take it right in the face like a champ.

Still working through this ep. Stu Venable, are those Garou - actual Werewolf: The Apocalypse werewolves - or Lupines - werewolves as viewed through the lens of Vampire: The Masquerade?

Recently Probie Tim requested access to a clan status thing, but couldn't find where it came from. I think you're referring to Clan Prestige, which you can find on p58 of the VtM 2d ed Players Guide.

By my memories, which may be off, the ghoul book for V:tM (Ghoul: Fatal Addiction) expands what happens to the other menagerie beings when the get ghouled, at least those that existed when it was published (damn demons), and ruled that werewolves/mages can in fact be ghouled/blood bound. Though W:tA 20th might have adjusted that.
They have GOT! to figure out a way to dose both the old lady and Arson. Preferably from far away.
And yes, I know that the old lady might suffer magically if ghouled but maybe she has a very static avatar anyway?

I recall back in the way-old-days there was talk about the effects of Ghouling a Mage. Mage has at its core the interplay between Static and Dynamic forces - Mages being Dynamic by nature. Vampires are considered quite Static, and by taking Vampire blood into yourself you basically infect yourself with that Stasis, and it starts to creep into your work.
At the same time, you could use Kindred Vitae as mana, so you had that going for you.
