Ghouling VS Blood Bonds: To keep a ghoul powered up, you need to feed them at least 1 Blood Point per month, but to keep someone blood bound once they had their 3 drinks you don't really need much, just don't treat them too much like shit and feed them blood I think maybe once a year or so. So blood bound mortals (human or cetacean) don't NEED to also be ghouls, making them ghouls stops them from aging (or ageing if you're reading Traveller) and eventually allows them to acquire Disciplines but it's not necessary to keep them slavishly loyal. It's all well and good until they start attacking vampires that swim across instead of using a boat because they want their vamp blood fix. Not a problem depending on the vampire, but when Albert is out in the water, not so good.
