Hey do you guys know of any Steampunk or Gaslamp Fantasy PbtA games Not off the top of my head, no. But depending on how you see your steampunk, Dungeon World, Uncharted Worlds, Monster of the Week or even Apocalypse World could work. Heck, you could even use The Sprawl if you're OK with having steam-powered difference engines (aka computers). Steampunk seems like a skin you could put over an existing game using purely narration rather than something requiring specific moves. Though, as with all PbtA games, moves that help emulate and reinforce the tone and setting of the game are best.

I ran the game in savage worlds a while back and the big things I would want to capture are: - Science! Creating Ray Guns, Clockwork Robots, Frankenstein's monsters, Lightening powered Spider Tanks
- Psychotic nobles jockying for power, Secret societies working in the shadows, Corporations fighting for dominance
- Romance for without love what is the point of it all.

Hold on. I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. *brushes teeth* Phew. OK. I'm better now. With your need for secret societies and corporations, it sounds like Uncharted Worlds would be a good starting place. It's intended to do space opera and draws on media like Mass Effect, Farscape, Firefly, 5th Element, and Star Trek. The author specifically mentions Traveler as their main inspiration. I suggest UW because as part of game creation you develop factions - huge organizations that the characters are a part of and that act as allies, rivals, and foils. Those sound like your psychotic nobles, secret societies, and corporations. Also, while there are a few "space opera" elements backed into the system, the setting is intentionally left very vague. It would be really easy to bring the tech level down to a fantastic steam-powered level through narration.

It's not PbtA (not really), but Blades in the Dark sounds perfect for this.
