Been poking around the GURPS Character book and the Fantasy book, and I can't find anything for what I am looking for.
Is there a metal allergy disadvantage, sort of like how a D&D druid doesn't use metal weapons or armor?

I’ve never seen anything like it, but you could certainly make it.
If you’re looking for something druidy, that modifies powers, look up Limitations in Core Book 1. Accessibility is the thing I’d look at. I think that might do the trick.
If you’re talking an actual allergy, rather than something that affects powers, there might actually be an allergy disad in there as well.

I can see accessibility doing the trick but at what percentage? It affects 100% of spellcasters. Would that be -30% or an I way off?

If it's a moral thing as it is for druids, then it's a Vow. If it's a physical thing, it's a Revulsion and/or a Vulnerability.

Okay, what exactly are you trying to pull off? Either approach can work, but one may be more appropriate, depending on the details.

People who are mana aware are mages. If a mage willingly touches bloodied Steel, then their magic points are reduced to zero and they have to recharge from scratch. By willingly touched it means they don’t get fried from being stabbed but it allows for the restriction of joy wearing metal armor or using metal weapons.
Basically I am creating a tabletop version of a LARP I go to for some larp friends if that makes sense. My GURPS-fu is weak but I am leaning more every day. Originally I was going to try and do this in Savage Worlds but it just didn’t work out right.

If it's a setting element for all magic, I'd just say it's a thing and not worry about what to put on their character sheets. The same goes for the case that any player character would have that limitation to magic use. If it's just one flavor of magic, it should be an Accessibility limitation on the Magery advantage.
