I'm running a FATE Core game every couple of weeks. We play for 2 hours on Roll20.com and have a fantastic time. I've noticed that after each session, a player will tell me what a fantastic session it was, and inevitably it's the player who benefited from the most focused attention during the session. Spreading the spotlight around is critical to getting every player to have a good time. I know HyveMynd has spoken about this in email recently and it's a topic in Discord and here in the forum. It seems like we're all aware of it, but are there any tips for keeping the spotlight moving or remaining "un-hogged"?
