What are your favorite notebooks for gaming (creativity)? I've heard moleskin mentioned but I thought I would throw this one out there.
I'm currently looking for a nice spiral bound notebook with graph paper instead of lined or blank...suggestions?
Thanks

Gotta side with Bill on this one. OneNote for the win, although that's not a pen-and-paper solution. Given that, as far as pen-and-paper is concerned... eh, whatever works.

This old school gamer has notes on graph paper, college ruled paper in a binder/trapper keeper, etc. It's great to read all that stuff as time goes by. I echo what iamtim said, just use whatever works and have fun gaming!

If I'm using paper (which I usually only do for drawing crude maps and things), I just go to the office supply store and get a Hilroy graph/college rule/blank 3-in-1. They're under 3 bucks and you can get em in red!

Moleskin, I'm a huge fan of physical game prep. When I sit down to type shit up it just ain't there, pick up a pen and the words fly out. Eh.
Moleskin does have other paper types as well, I've gotten some graph papers, some lined ones and some blank drawing ones. They have all been excellent and the only ones that are damaged are the ones I damaged myself lol. They're pretty stury.

I, too, am a OneNote convert for my GMing stuff. When I'm a player, I use paper, usually whatever's handy, but I like Moleskins as well.

I do the framework on a note pad. When it comes to thinking up new ideas and organizing my plot threads, it is still doing it by hand where the good stuff comes from. Then I go into Evernote and Google Drive. Evernote is where I keep all the NPC's, items and landmarks in one database, and Google Drive/Docs is where I flesh out my notes.
Currently my "game prep" area is a folder in google drive for the event. I keep all the monster stats, NPC face cards and room/event descriptions in that folder. In a dungeon, each room gets its own folder with monster cards, "read this aloud" texts and all that.
I also keep an Obsidian portal, but that's for "after the adventure" summaries, NPC lists, and game maps. That's so my players can keep up with things in an easy way.

I've gone full-on hardcore Obsidian Portal for my campaign. The vast majority of my setting notes have been hidden in the GM-only section, so I now use a laptop almost exclusively for my home game. That said, I do love creating maps on graph paper. (That's how the Grindhouse began.) I've started with a doodle and wound up with a fully-formed ruin of a fortified manor house. While drawing I came up with both the defensive fortifications and how they were defeated, and what the aftermath would look like today... It was a great way to enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio on a sunny Saturday morning.

I use a mix of cheap Sketch Books (from Michael's, 5-Below or the Dollar Store) and Evernote (because it works on my stupid blackberry).

I use Wikispaces to world build and organize as I write. I have a spiral bound notebook that I use for stat blocks and any minutia that deals with that game day. If I want diagrams or art with text, I use Google.docs to print handouts.

oh yea maps, I tried using online mapping, but it just doesn't promote creativity that writing notes and stuff on the map when I'm doing a first draft, so I do a rough draft on paper and use an online mapper to make the jpeg I use at game day

I really really hate sitting down and consciously doing GM prep, so I end up buying a ton of pocket notebooks, cheap spiral notebooks, and folders filled with random papers and I'll sporadically put thoughts onto paper.
Then I collect and toss into OneNote
