Maybe I need to get caught up on the show, and start making handout type things related to the various threats.

Shouldn't Riley (sp?) be spending a Willpower every time she tries to read an undead mind? (p137) If she has been she must have a boatload of willpower. I'm not sure they've read over Telepathy all that thoroughly as I remember in an earlier episode they tried to use it somewhat like Dominate and ignored the roll needed to disguise the projected thought.

It seems to be running into a similar problem that like, shadowrun games come across. Too much planning, not enough doing. And while planning is fun. It isn't actually productive. And so you may wanna look into how thats stopped in Shadowrun. Stricter time tables.
Something else that is odd, is that it seems like everone is very comfortable as their characters. They dont seem to be as comfortable with the world around them. I think part of the reason why Tim felt more freedom to do the scheming is because he had a much stronger grasp on the world.
They also may not want to use their "money" as too much of an abstracted super advantage.
Like, the episode I was just listening to, 22 or 23, with the Prince just slapdash going, "Oh, you're Sherif now." --- Sherif, in most Princedoms is Number #2. And she was just nilly willy making someone else co captain. I'm not sure if this is from an OOC underappreciation for the importance to that position, or an IC undervalueing the position. For the Mote of Sin, it does seem like Keeper of Elysium is number #2. But the Keeper, typically doesn't have that much authorty outside of Elysium. They're part of the Prince court, and part of the Prince trusted inner circle.
Skully charged the pretty vampires with giving him made up unimportant positions, and this seems to really support that. Especially since they valued the staking differently. Tim/Skully was right that you can't really handcuff vampires, or bound them very easily. Most clans have multiple means to escape such obstacles.
They have lots of problems. And they wont do anything about them. The only reason why the Sabbat got dealt with is that Stork decided to force it to a close. Skully couldnt do anything about the cameras, because his clan breaks the masquerade and he cant really do much about it. At least not quitely. And to me, someone that has a stronger grasp of the world, a vampire trying to use that camera system is in violation of the Masquerade. And they need to inform the Justicar about the plot. Justicar, would put an end to that. And possibily remove Sebastian as well.
And the werewolves are solvable too. In a lot of ways. Them shutting down the bar, was great. Very soft behind the scene vampire thing to do. Then after that... nothing really. And it seems like Albert really needs the words, "Do as you see fit, with any means nessicarry." And he would just take care of it.
And while getting subs and ghouling dolphins are fun, they dont do anything. And it seems even destroying the Prince sky scrapper didnt matter. As of episode 22, havent even bother to check to see if the Priest manage to off the Bishop. They didnt even try to give him support. They could have called Daniel, and had arranged to give the him support.
Which works in both of their advantage. If Daniel failed to give the Preist support then they know that Daniel is dragging ass. If they did give support, then well, one less vampire hunter.
They have a huge resource, an expert on Vampire Lore and havent tasked him about the Antediluvian in southern california. A thing that would probably cause the west coast Camilera to get invested in. They under value private investigators. Or they dont trust in their ability to hide anything unfortunate.
I dont know why, as of episode 22, they still trying to play nice with Seb and Daniel. When they clearly stated they dont like Seb.

They all pretend to be perfect and follow ALL the traditions, laws, etc. But like our real world when a group of people in power can get away with it, they do. It remind me of the card game

You know, given how lax the current vampires at the Mote seem to be about Diablrie, it could not surprise me if a Sabbat scout with Aura read were to visit and see the Mote as recruiting potential...

Yeah this needs to happen. It would be so appropriate and so much fun to watch. And also, I feel like the characters would probably fit way better in the Sabbat then in the Camarilla.

Some Sabbat Gangrel showing up to bring Asa over, would be a brilliant move. She's Prime recruitment material. And they only have to be slightly more helpful than Albert as a mentor (so not really at all).

It would be fun seeing the party dilemma. Especially with a good charismatic Sabbat explaining them all the diablerie and other Camarilla laws the party can break if they join a sect. Will they accept?

FYI, there are already three Sabbat working on the island... The party has met them... Riiiiight, I forgot about those guys. They really need to get crackin' before Miroslav really settles in and gets himself firmly established, a changing of power structure is the perfect time to make their move. They could also lure Riley in by promising her control of the island again, but with a lot more freedom without the Camarilla always breathing down her neck. Obviously they'd leave out the pesky details like Sabbat elders breathing down her neck, but you know, fine print and all. Though she would have a great deal more freedom to do as she pleases, as long as she remains loyal to the Sabbat of course.
